1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging RizApplianceRepairventura for appliance repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Customer") and RizApplianceRepairventura (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all services provided by RizApplianceRepairventura, including but not limited to appliance diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and related services in Ventura County, California, and surrounding areas.
2. Service Description
RizApplianceRepairventura provides professional appliance repair services for residential and commercial customers. Our services include:
- Diagnosis and repair of major household appliances
- Refrigerator, washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave repair
- Garbage disposal, ice maker, range hood, and cooktop repair
- HVAC, air conditioner, and water heater repair services
- Emergency repair services available 24/7
- Preventive maintenance and consultation services
Service Area
We provide services throughout Ventura County, including but not limited to Ventura, Oxnard, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, Fillmore, Moorpark, Ojai, and surrounding communities within a 50-mile radius of Ventura, California.
3. Scheduling and Appointments
Appointment Booking
Service appointments can be scheduled by calling (877) 436-1804 or through our website. We will confirm all appointments and provide an estimated arrival time window.
Service Windows
We provide service windows rather than exact appointment times. Our standard service windows are typically 2-4 hours. We will call you 30-60 minutes before arrival to provide a more precise arrival time.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 2 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 2 hours' notice may be subject to a service call fee.
Access Requirements
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the appliance requiring service. This includes ensuring the work area is clear and accessible, and that someone 18 years or older is present during the service call.
4. Pricing and Payment
Service Fees
Our pricing structure includes:
- Diagnostic fee: Applied to determine the cause of appliance malfunction
- Labor charges: Based on the complexity and time required for repair
- Parts costs: Charged at competitive market rates
- Service call fee: May apply for certain circumstances
Estimates and Quotes
We provide upfront pricing estimates before beginning any repair work. Final costs may vary based on actual repair requirements and parts needed. Any significant changes to the estimated cost will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept:

5. Warranties and Guarantees

Warranty Exclusions

Manufacturer Warranties

6. Limitation of Liability
Service Limitations
Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not responsible for:
- Consequential or incidental damages
- Loss of food, medications, or other perishable items
- Loss of use or inconvenience
- Damage to surrounding property not directly caused by our negligence
- Pre-existing conditions or damage not disclosed at the time of service
Maximum Liability
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
Insurance Coverage
RizApplianceRepairventura maintains appropriate business insurance, including general liability and professional liability coverage. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Accurate Information
Customers must provide accurate information about the appliance problem, model numbers, and any previous repair attempts.
Safety and Access
Customers are responsible for:
- Ensuring safe working conditions
- Removing personal items from the work area
- Providing adequate lighting and ventilation
- Securing pets during service visits
- Disclosing any known hazards or safety concerns
Appliance Condition
Customers should inform us of any modifications, previous repairs, or unusual conditions that may affect our service.
8. Parts and Materials
Parts Quality
We use high-quality replacement parts, including OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts when available and cost-effective. Alternative parts may be used with customer approval.
Parts Availability
While we maintain an extensive parts inventory, some parts may need to be ordered. We will inform you of any delays and provide estimated delivery times.
Customer-Supplied Parts
If you choose to supply your own parts, we cannot warranty those parts, but our labor warranty still applies. We are not responsible for compatibility issues with customer-supplied parts.
9. Dispute Resolution
Communication
We encourage customers to contact us directly at (877) 436-1804 to resolve any concerns or disputes. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.
Mediation
If direct resolution is not possible, disputes may be resolved through mediation before pursuing other legal remedies.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in Ventura County, California.

11. Emergency Services
24/7 Availability
Emergency repair services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for urgent appliance problems that pose safety risks or cause significant inconvenience.
Emergency Rates
Emergency service calls outside of normal business hours (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) may be subject to additional charges. Emergency rates will be disclosed before service begins.
Emergency Criteria
Emergency services are intended for situations such as:
- Gas leaks or safety hazards
- Electrical problems posing safety risks
- Water leaks from appliances
- Complete loss of essential appliance function
12. Modifications and Updates
RizApplianceRepairventura reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification to customers. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
For significant changes that materially affect your rights, we will provide advance notice through email or other appropriate communication methods.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
